Blue Charm will not approve ineligible claims, duplicate claims, or claims made by unverified users.
In order for Blue Charm to approve your claim, you must provide the following:
- Valid proof of payment for an approved health expense. To view a list of approved expenses, please see the attached document below.
- Verification of your eligibility for the program in which you are enrolled. Eligibility criteria can be found on individual program pages.
If your claim is ineligible or if any information is missing, you will be contacted via e-mail by our claims team. If you have submitted several ineligible claims, and have been previously contacted by our claims team, we may reject your claim without notice.
