Blue Charm will not approve ineligible redemptions. In order for Blue Charm to approve your redemption, you must:
- Provide verification of your eligibility for the program in which you are enrolled. Eligibility criteria can be found on individual program pages.
- Complete 100% of the activities for the program you have enrolled in.
If your redemption is ineligible or if any information is missing, you will be contacted via e-mail by our redemption team. If you have submitted several ineligible redemptions, and have been previously contacted by our team, we may reject your redemption without notice.
