If you are having trouble logging into your Blue Charm app, there are a few possible causes:
- Make sure you're inputting the correct phone number that is associated with your account.
- Your internet connection may be weak. Make sure your wifi or data is connected and strong enough to run the app.
- You may need to restart the app. Try completely closing Blue Charm and re-launching it.
- In some cases, deleting and re-downloading the app can help too. Don't worry, we'll remember your account information & rewards balance.
- Restart your phone.
