When you enrol with Blue Charm, you’ll be assigned a unique benefit plan. Think of this like other benefit plans you use to pay for medications and healthcare services, except it is custom-made for you. Your benefit plan will provide you with a unique set of numbers which you will find on your digital Blue Charm card displayed in the app.
As you use the Blue Charm app, you’ll earn rewards which will be deposited as funds into your benefit plan. You can see the balance of your benefit plan and your transaction history at any time in the app. When you've redeemed rewards, your balance may require some time to update.
You can use your benefit plan directly at any pharmacy in Canada. Simply provide your digital Blue Charm card to your pharmacist where they will find your Cert#, Plan, and Policy ID. Your digital Blue Charm Card can be found on the Rewards screen.
For complimentary therapies and approved health-related expenses (ex: physiotherapy), you must pay out-of-pocket first, and then submit a claim with your detailed invoice or receipt(s) for reimbursement. Blue Charm will compensate you, up to the amount you've earned in rewards, via electronic funds transfer (EFT) and will required you to input your banking information within the app before you submit your claim. Processing time will be required.
